I Audited 50+ Shopify Stores This Year
Here is what almost all had in common:
• LCP above 4 seconds
• No social proof on product pages
• Cart abandon rate above 75%
• Mobile layout was broken
None of these are product problems. They are all fixable in 1-2 weeks. What is the biggest problem with
YOUR store?
Lighthouse 41 to 93 in One Week
Client store scored 41 on Lighthouse. Spending $8K/month on ads. Traffic but no sales.
What I found: 12MB of unoptimized images, 3 render-blocking fonts, 6 apps loading on every page, no
deferred JS.
After 1 week: Lighthouse 41 to 93, load time 6.8s to 1.9s, conversions up 23%.
Same traffic. Different store. Different results.
Most Shopify Apps Hurt Your Store
Most Shopify apps hurt your store more than they help. Every app adds scripts, slows load time, creates
security risks, and costs $15-$50/month.
Better approach: build it in Liquid. I have replaced 8 paid apps with Liquid for a recent client.
Savings: $180/month per store, plus a faster site.
How I Use AI as a Shopify Developer
AI does not replace expertise. It multiplies it 10x.
My workflow: ChatGPT for copy, Claude for deep code reviews, Midjourney for visuals, and Custom AI
Agents for automated store audits. I build stores that aren't just modern, they're intelligent.
The $100B Arabic E-commerce Gap
400M+ Arabic speakers. 60% prefer browsing in their native language. Yet most stores are broken in RTL
mode.
I specialize in building native bilingual AR/EN stores that don't just "flip" the layout, but provide a
seamless localized experience for the MENA market.
